India@75: Cycling Race and Rally

    The High Commission of India in association with National Sports Council, Seychelles and Seychelles Cycling Association organised a Cycling Rally and Race on 24th April, 2022. The event began with a fun rally that saw participation from several cycling enthusiasts, young and old alike. This was followed by a cycling competition that was won by Mr Jayden Sinon clutching the winning trophy followed by Mr Ahmad Arissol as the runner up and Mr Stephen Belle winning the second runner up prizes. The rally was also attended by Mr Ralph Jean Louis, Principal Secretary for Youth and Sports and Mr Jean Larue, CEO, National Sports Council.

The event marked the theme "Cycling for Health" and was organised as part of the High Commission's Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav initiative celebrating 75 years of India's Independence.
