(i) Reissue of Passport on Expiry of Old one or Exhaustion of Pages:

NOTE: INDIAN NATIONALS ARE ADVISED TO HAVE THEIR PASSPORTS RENEWED AT LEAST SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE EXPIRY OF VALIDITY. THIS WILL HELP THEM IN AVOIDING SITUATIONS AS SOME COUNTRIES REQUIRE A MINIMUM SIX MONTHS' PASSPORT VALIDITY FOR ISSUING VISAS.
(ii) Lost/Damaged Passport Cases:

Any other proof of Indian nationality such as Driving License, Election Identity card, Ration card, Pan card, etc.
